It has come to our attention that a very rare character immobilization issue is present at anytime during gameplay. The BlackBird Server Team is currently investigating and will release any applicable fix when we have it. However, should you experience the immobilization effect during gameplay, please do the following to rectify the issue quickly.
1). Target yourself
2). Hit the ESC key and you should be able to move your character again.
or
3). Wait for the effect to wear off normally (10-15 seconds of immobilization). We understand this is not an acceptable response but we are working on the issue.
